Nemer VW is open and in compliance with state and CDC guidelines regarding social distancing and sanitization measures.

If you prefer not to visit our showroom, you can continue to work your entire deal on our website 24/7 or by phone during normal business hours. As always, we continue to offer complimentary home delivery for your convenience.

Special attention is given to high touch points such as door handles, chairs, desks, phones and vehicles, which are wiped down and disinfected multiple times per day. Masks are required at all times for employees and our customers as an additional safety measure for all parties.

Our service departments are fully open and operational. Our service technicians will wipe down and disinfect door handles, steering wheels and other areas of your vehicle that they come in contact with. Our employees are practicing good hygiene – frequent hand washing and social distancing – and eliminating nonessential travel.

We have instructed all staff to stay home if they exhibit any signs of sickness and to report any exposure to a suspected case of COVID-19. Similarly, we require that our vendors and customers postpone their visits if they do not feel well or believe they may have been exposed to someone with a suspected case of COVID-19.
